East Greystone Holiday Farm Cottages are situated in the foothills of the glorious rolling Teesdale countryside, on the outskirts of Gainford, near Darlington, County Durham. There are 3 cottages that have been created from stone barn conversions one of which is wheelchair accessible.

A family friendly two bedroom cottage with a large open plan sitting and dining area and superb views of the surrounding countryside. High beamed ceilings give a feeling of space, whilst the cast iron log effect stove brings warmth into the room, providing the ideal way to unwind and enjoy the view. The animals on the farm and our outdoor play area and games will keep all the family entertained when the sun is shining while in the cottage we have a great selection of board games, books and DVD's. The master bedroom has a king size bed and leads to the large bathroom, which is light and spacious, with a walk in shower, shaver point and finished with large slate tiles. The second bedroom enjoying open rural views, provides either 5" double or 2"6 twin beds. The bathroom is accessible independently from both bedrooms. Throughout elegant touches have been achieved by investment in quality furnishings and finishes, the overall aim being one of comfortable country life.
